A Note from Jae
What called The Weight of Light into existence?
At its core, I believe that science and spirituality aren’t separate—they’re two languages describing the same experience. I’ve always been drawn to frequencies, energy, and the unseen patterns that shape our world. I sense an interplay between cosmic energy and earth energy—a quiet dialogue between knowing and being, presence and perception.
But the world can feel heavy sometimes.
It’s hard to stay open. Harder still to stay hopeful.
Many of us are awakening.
It doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it’s subtle. Private. A shift in how we see ourselves, or each other. A crack in what we thought was solid.
The Weight of Light uses a fictional world to explore very real terrain—grief, love, trauma, connection, longing, and resilience. It’s about how we process what we’ve lost, and what still lives inside us afterward.
I hope the story opens space for deeper conversations—about healing, humanity, and the light we carry, even when we forget it’s there.
About knowing.
Feeling.
Being.
Thank you for being here.
